The ranch is located off Highway 431, 43 miles east of Meeteetse, 33 miles north of Thermopolis, and 16 miles southwest of Worland. The headquarters are a mile off the pavement on a good gravel road. The Wyoming Ranch on Gooseberry Creek is located in the Big Horn Basin of North Central Wyoming.

Grazing Permits:

State leases are written for a 10 year term. They are renewable with various leases expiring at different times. The ranch has the following leases:
